P1-7 Gebruiker-tab: 'Account verwijderen'-knop toegevoegd (Launch URL naar account-verwijderen-webpagina)

Gedupliceerd van de bestaande Uitloggen-ListTile (zelfde styling/plek), On Tap
vervangen door Launch URL -> https://uitgaanskrant.com/nl/account-verwijderen.
Geen verdere in-app UI nodig - de Drupal-webpagina (confirm_form, login-gated)
regelt de rest. Bevestigd via verse export (launchURL(...) correct gegenereerd)
+ flutter analyze + flutter build apk (geen nieuwe errors).
